Victims for Victims

In 1982 Theresa Saldana, a struggling young actress was nearly killed by a demented fan but was saved by a delivery man. She summons the will to live only to find deep mental scars that refuse to heal. Her trauma leads her to form victims for victims, an organization to help fellow victims of violent crimes.
