Armed with a hyperactive imagination and an overactive mouth, George finds it impossible to hold down a job. But when his uncle wins a T.V. station in a poker game, George suddenly finds himself the manager of Channel 62, a bankrupt U.H.F. station. It's crazy Stanley who turns the station into a hit, but the competition will do anything to see them fail.
