In this Hal Roach comedy short, a sea captain can't get any sailors because it is rumored to be haunted. So he orders Laurel and Hardy to "recruit" a group of drunken sailors from a local bar. Once at sea, one of the sailors falls into a bucket of white paint, and the terrified Stan and Ollie think he's a ghost.
