The INSPECTOR chases a criminal to England, where he is impeded by England's "No-Guns" law. He keeps forgetting about the fact that he is forbidden to use his gun in apprehending the crook -- each time he corners the villian an English Police-Detective slugs him on the head for using his gun. Finally, the INSPECTOR accidentally shoots the English cop in the derriere - the Englishman loses his cool and chases the INSPECTOR out of England, shooting madly at him.
