The INSPECTOR chases a man and his wife to their home in a squad car. They get inside and try to keep the INSPECTOR from getting in. Neither the man nor his wife knows why the Police are after them. Each accuses the other of having done something wrong. They bicker and argue while the INSPECTOR tries and fails several times to get in. He finally succeeds in gaining entrance by dressing himself up as a baby left on the door step. When finally confronted, the husband panics and starts ratting on his wife. It turns out, however, that all the INSPECTOR wanted to do was to serve a summons for jury duty. As the INSPECTOR departs, we hear the wife clouting the husband over the head for being such an idiot.
