Scotty is a decent teenager in love with Janice. When Janice's father refuses to allow her to go steady with him claiming that she is too young, Scotty is driven by his anger to join a neighborhood gang. The gang is not only unruly but also violent, and Scotty struggles with his conscience as they tear through the town.
