The Boss and the Worker

In Northern Italy, Gianluca is a hard-working and serious-minded captain of industry who inherits a faucet factory by marriage. He soon finds that he cannot cope with factory problems, or with the constant demands of the workers. As a contrast to Gianluca is Luigi, a happy-go-lucky factory worker. Luigi is a Neopolitan stud who seems to find time to seduce woman both inside and outside the factory.

Eventually, Gianluca absorbs Luigi's lifestyle, and he decides to devote his time to chasing women, having a good time, and eating. He deserts the factory forever.
