Cat Storm just wants to fit in at the exclusive Hewitt school in Manhattan's Upper East Side. She also worships William, the most popular boy in high school. Cat finally gets the chance to be part of the "in-crowd" when Delilah is suspended and she is taken in by Grace, one of the popular girls.
