Sword of Gideon is based on the true story of the man chosen to lead a secret anti-terrorist team created by Prime Minister Golda Meir to avenge the massacre of 11 Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympic Games in 1972. Set in the "netherworld" of international terrorism and counterterrorism, the story deals with the morality and immorality of revenge.
