California hasn't quite fallen off into the sea, but a massive earthquake has left the newly revised coastline in shambles - as rival surf gangs jockey for dominance. When a homicidal group of neo-Nazi surfers takes things too far, it's up to a little old lady known as "Mama" Washington to bust out of her retirement home and take back the beach.
