The usually quiet New England town of Tarker's Mill gets a rude awakening following a series of grisly murders. While the sheriff investigates and a brash band of vigilantes go looking for justice, a young wheelchair-bound boy and his sister uncover clues that could lead them to the killer - especially if there's a full moon in the sky.
