1. The "w" in the title for Son of Rambow was not a typo, it was added for legal reasons. "Whatever!"
2. Of course it was supposed to be spelled R-A-M-B-0. Silly lawyers. In the end the film makers get the last laugh as you can hear in the credits when Carter tells Will he misspelled it. Listen here.

4. Son of Rambow's writer-director Garth Jennings hired his wife to play a nurse in the film. Despite that sweet gesture, Garth still has to take out the garbage at home.

One of the most popular rumors centered around John Gilchrist, the boy who played Mikey in the famous 1970s Life cereal commercial. It was said he died when his stomach exploded from having consumed this combination. These rumors are 100% false.
