Penned by the infamous Joe Eszterhas, 1993's campy voyeurism thriller has just about everything you'd expect: a serial killer, Billy Baldwin and more boobies than you can shake a stick at. Sadly, the movie failed to win any of the seven Razzie Awards for which it was nominated.
