Giving fresh meaning to the phrase "good cop/bad cop," this fifth installment in the Saw franchise pits an FBI agent against a police lieutenant in a race to determine which of them is the accomplice and heir to Jigsaw's bloody reign. Meanwhile, plenty of unsuspecting students have lessons to learn, be it via blood-letting, electrocution or guillotine. Apparently variety is the key to effective education.
