Bullets, divided loyalties and sexual tension are all in the air when "Pooch" Puccia (Chapa) returns to his crime-ridden neighborhood and is reunited with his best friend, drug dealer "Big Boy" Baynes (Plank). Unbeknownst to Big Boy however, Pooch has become a cop in his time way from home and is using Big Boy to set up a sting and clean up their hometown streets. Pooch's conscience becomes more troubled after he falls for wily, seductive Eva (Rubin) who deals with her attraction to Pooch and Big Boy by going to bed with them both-at the same time. Torn by love, loyalty to friendship and betrayed by the police, Pooch is left with nowhere to turn, and no one to trust, on the meanest streets in the country.
