The PINK PANTHER finds himself out in the Mideast strolling around. He spots a fat man lying on a bed of nails who is punctured and deflates like a balloon. The PINK PANTHER then makes the mistake of walking past a Snake Charmer. The Charmer's rope, enticed out of its basket by the sound of the flute, immediately falls in love with the PINK PANTHER'S tail. Try as he might, the PINK PANTHER cannot escape from the rope's attentions. At last, he is forced to take drastic measures. He has plastic surgery and has his tail replaced with a fox's tail. It seems that once again the PINK PANTHER has out-foxed everyone... until he runs across a pack of dogs out on the hunt.
