El Matador, the PINK PANTHER, is set to fight a dangerous bull and decides to pullout his old bullfighter's cape for the occasion. He finds, however, that some moths have eaten holes through the poor cape, so Panther "borrows" a cape from a passerby, not realizing it is a magician's cape and possesses extraordinary powers. After mysteriously producing a goldfish bowl between the horns of the charging bull, making it vanish, producing flowers, and an irate bunny, the Panther realizes that the cape is no ordinary one. Since his big bullfight was turned into a comedy and a shambles by the mishaps caused by the cape, the Panther whistles for the moths to corne and devour this cape too.
