So, you've seen Peter Jackson's CG extravaganza -- heck, maybe you've even seen the 1933 original... but you have you seen a porn-stached Charles Grodin get stomped by giant monkey? This camp-tastic 1976 remake of the "Kong" legend stars Grodin as a scheming oil magnate who sails to an uncharted island in search of "black gold". Along for the ride are Jeff Daniels (as a preachy paleontologist) and a smokin-hot 27-year-old Jessica Lange (in her feature film debut). Of course, no sooner does the crew reach their destination than Jessica is kidnapped by creepy locals and sexually harassed by the titular titanic ape. Eventually, Grodin does some kidnapping of his own, bags the big ape, and whisks him away to the Big Apple - where he promptly goes bananas and tears up Shea Stadium like a Phillies fan after a bad call.
