Honor, duty, racism, murder - all the bases are covered in this WWII/courtroom drama mash-up, in which Colin Farrell plays a captured American soldier tasked with defending a fellow prisoner of war. The accused? A black officer (Terrence Howard) charged with killing a white one (Cole Hauser) inside the POW camp. The proceedings are orchestrated by tough-as-nails Colonel William McNamara (Bruce Willis), who may be using the impromptu court martial for his own ends.
