Happy Tears

San Francisco sisters Jayne and Laura (Parker Posey and Demi Moore) travel back to their childhood home in Pittsburgh to deal with their recently widowed and increasingly senile father Joe (Rip Torn). Laura believes a nursing home is the best option, but Joe thinks he's doing just fine on his own; with a backyard full of buried treasure and "nurse" Ellen Barkin giving him plenty of exercise, who's to argue? Together this reunited family discovers that the best way to heal old wounds is with new laughs... and a bulldozer.
