Final Mission

In the jungles of Laos, Vince Deacon discovers that one of his operatives is fighting for the enemy. Rather than court-martial the traitor, Deacon leaves him in the hands of the natives he helped to slaughter. Twelve years later...Deacon is head of a SWAT team, but his guerrilla tactics against street gangs get him suspended and he is forced to watch his family get blown to pieces in a gang massacre.
