To be Italian or not to be Italian: that is the question. Jake, a fishmonger, has been carrying a torch for Isabella for years. She's now married with three children but Jake is still holding out hope. He's been set up with Marissa at a local Italian singles club but insists on telling her Isabella is his fantasy girlfriend. He soon realizes she may be the real thing – but it's all about being Italian and it turns out not everyone is who they say they are.
