Crimetime

Stephen Baldwin (The Usual Suspects) is Bobby Mahon, an actor portraying a serial killer in a television crime re-enactment program called "Crimetime". With each killing, the ratings, of the TV show soar and Bobby finds himself not only catapulted to stardom but obsessively preoccupied with the gruesome details of the murders. The real killer, Sidney (Pete Postlethwaite- In The Name of The Father, The Usual Suspects) is fascinated by the media attention his crimes are receiving and begins to lose the "real" motivation for killing these beautiful women- he kills so he can see "himself" on TV. As reality becomes dangerously blurred for Bobby, he is forced to meet Sidney- and in a final bloody confrontation he discovers a horrifying truth.
