When Martin Scott, an American member of a watch-smuggling gang, is found murdered near Urdos, on the Franco-Spanish border, with forged dollar bills in his pocket, F.B.I. agent Lee Scott, Martin's brother, is sent over to investigate. Lee is determined to unravel the events which led to his brother's death.
