At twenty-seven, Al "Scarface" Capone (Ray Sharkey) brutalized Chicago with booze, bullets and blood. One lawman stands against him - and Capone orders a hit on FBI Agent Michael Roarke's (Keith Carradine) wife and children. Devastated and alone, Roarke is seduced by the beautiful Jennie (Debrah Farentino), who betrays him to Capone. Roarke's ultimate revenge is to deliver the chained Capone to the one incorruptible federal island dungeon - Alcatraz.
