Jimmy (played by James Stanek) tries desperately to escape his seemingly unavoidable destiny as a Brooklyn mobster by doing something no one expected - he auditions for a Shakespearian play in New York City. Thanks to the play's Director (Olympia Dukakis) he gets the part and his new life as a stage actor begins. sadly he witnesses a gruesome murder and suddenly becomes both a liability and a target. Will he be dragged back down by his dark roots or will his new life on Broadway perceive?
