Stoner meatheads Bud and Doyle (Pauly Shore and Stephen Baldwin) are just looking for a place to relieve themselves, but the "shopping mall" they stumble upon is actually an epic science experiment designed to save the environment. Our hapless heroes manage to get locked in, and naturally, nearly burn the place to the ground. In a time before going green was all the rage, these guys sure know how to throw a rager.
